## Managing international mobility

Delivery Hero is a multinational online food ordering and delivery business based in Berlin, Germany. They reached out to Localyze to help relocate all international hires headed to their HQ.

## The challenge

With employees from over 100 different nationalities, the company had to find a way to balance international volume hiring with meaningful  interactions. Their objectives were: 

- Support numerous relocations simultaneously without losing sight of the talent experience
- Provide meaningful 1-to-1 service and support for inbound hires' arrival and onboarding
- Tackle varied immigration hurdles that German visas raise for different nationalities

## Localyze's solution
